Swift Technology
At Swift Technology, our primary role is to provide merchants with payment processing and software solutions. Refunds to end-customers (shoppers purchasing from a merchant) are the sole responsibility of the merchant. Swift Technology does not issue refunds on behalf of merchants but provides transaction records to assist merchants in resolving customer disputes.
For services purchased directly from Swift Technology, such as SaaS subscriptions or software development, our refund policy is as follows:
Software Development Services
- Full Refund: Available if the project is canceled before development begins, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.
- Partial Refund: If work has begun, a refund may be provided based on completed milestones as per the agreement.
- No Refund: Once 80% or more of the project is completed or delivered.
SaaS and Subscription Services
- Full Refund: Within 7 days of purchase if the customer is unsatisfied.
- Limited Refund: After 7 days, refunds are only provided for service outages, failures, or billing errors caused by Swift Technology.
- No Refund: Once a billing cycle has commenced.
Custom Fintech & Payment Processing Solutions
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for custom solutions.
- Processing and setup fees are non-refundable unless a system error is proven.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed or delivered projects.
- Fully utilized subscription periods.
- Third-party licenses or integrations.
- Cancellations made outside the specified timelines.
Refund Process
Refund requests should be submitted to business@swiftechnology.com with invoice/order details and a justification for the request. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
