As Swift Technology provides digital services and software solutions, there are no physical goods available for return. Returns are applicable only in the following circumstances:
Digital Services from Swift Technology
If deliverables—such as software, integrations, or reports—are not provided as agreed, clients may request a re-delivery or correction within 14 days of receipt.
Subscription Products
Users may request cancellation or a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy outlined above.
Merchant Deliverables
For products, services, or digital goods sold directly by merchants through the Swift Technology platform, merchants are solely responsible for their own return and exchange policies. Swift Technology does not manage returns for merchant deliverables but may provide transaction records to help merchants verify purchases.
Exclusions
Once digital deliverables have been downloaded, accessed, or formally accepted in writing, they cannot be returned.
